“We made it! Shoot day 266 and the end of principal photography on The Hobbit. Thanks to our fantastic cast and crew for getting us this far, and to all of you for your support! Next stop, the cutting room. Oh, and Comic Con! Cheers, Peter J”
With that message Peter Jackson let fans know what’s the current state of the production, something he has been doing every often in his production blogs.
And while now comes the also difficult part of post-production, there are only five months until the release of the first part, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.
