One the best action-adventure films of all time will be back this time on the biggest screen for a limited time.
Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, the film that started the adventures of the adventurous archaeology professor, will get the IMAX treatment to coincide with the release of the Indiana Jones: The Complete Adventures Blu-ray boxset.
Now try and imagine the size of the boulder on the giant screen and tell me Indiana Jones doesn’t deserve to be seen that way.
The re-release will be on IMAX screens on the U.S. for one week starting September 7, 2012 and you can find a theater near you on the IMAX website. Still no word if the film will be re-released overseas though.
